Committee tasks
Organizing the admission of students of the faculty and determining the numbers that correspond to the absorptive capacity.
Organizing and studying student services for faculty students provided by the departments affiliated to the Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs (evaluation/distance education/youth care).
Organizing all student activities related to the faculty or the university
Follow up the implementation of the educational and teaching plan for undergraduate students.
Determine the date of the final/semester exams and approve the plan from the faculty Council.
Holding the Education and Student Affairs Committee every month to present and study all items related to the educational process at the faculty, and submit the matter to the faculty Council for matters that require the approval of the faculty Council.
Forming the controls for the bachelor’s level
Preparing and reviewing the teaching and learning strategy and presenting it to the faculty Council.
Preparing the examination committee locations and distributing the committees according to the exam schedule.
Preparing a proposal for the examination schedule for the bachelor’s degree for presenting it to students for accreditation.
Determine registration dates for each semester.
Determine the rules of division for students.
