Continuation of the “Mawadda” Seminars at the Faculty of Science, Tanta University

   In the context of Tanta University’s commitment to raising students’ awareness of family values and strengthening social cohesion, the Faculty of Science organized, on Thursday, 16 April 2026, an awareness seminar titled “Mawadda for Preserving the Cohesion of the Egyptian Family.” The seminar was held under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Hussein, University President, and Prof. El-Sayed El-Agouz, Vice President for Education and Students Affairs, and under the supervision of Prof. Abeer Alam El-Din, Faculty Dean, and Prof. Amgad Salama, Vice Dean for Education and Students Affairs, in coordination with the Youth Welfare Administration and the Student Union.

  The seminar was delivered by Dr. Randa El-Deeb, who highlighted the importance of keeping a stable family founded on awareness and responsibility, as well as the role of youth in preserving societal cohesion.

   For her part, Prof. Abeer Alam El-Din, Faculty Dean, affirmed that organizing such seminars reflects the faculty’s commitment to fostering comprehensive student awareness that goes beyond the academic aspect to include social and family values, thereby contributing to preparing a conscious generation capable of assuming responsibility.
