This evening, Prof. Abeer Alam Al-Din, Dean of the Faculty of Science at Tanta University, met with the members of the committee formed at the faculty to apply for the university’s Best Eco-Friendly Faculty competition. The meeting aimed to discuss all aspects related to the application process, review the nomination file, and ensure that all required criteria and points are fully met before its official submission.

    The meeting was attended by Prof. Zenhom Salem, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development; Prof. Amgad Salama, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs; and Mr. Sherif Al-Zeiny, Faculty Secretary-General, in addition to the members of the designated committee.

    During the meeting, Prof. Abeer affirmed the faculty’s strong commitment to supporting and implementing sustainable environmental practices and enhancing environmental awareness within the university community, in line with the orientations of Tanta University and the state’s vision for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. Moreover, she commended the efforts exerted by the committee members and their teamwork in presenting the nomination file in the best possible manner and achieving distinguished results.
