Faculty of Science at Tanta University held the defense of the professional master’s thesis submitted by researcher Ahmed Al-Sayed Hassan Al-Toni, a researcher at the Department of Geology. The thesis is entitled "Accuracy Analysis of Using Surveying Instruments and Satellite Imagery in Identifying Built-Up Areas in Cities". The defense took place today, Tuesday, July 8, 2025, in the seminar hall of the Physics Department.
