Prof. Mohamed Hussein, Tanta University President, Inaugurates Final Phase Renovations of the Biology Building at Tanta Faculty of Science

   Prof. Mohamed Hussein, Tanta University President, inaugurated today the final phase of renovation processes of the Biology Building at Faculty of Science. The event was attended by Prof. Abeer Alam El-Din, Faculty Dean; Prof. Amgad Salama, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs; Prof. Zenhom Salem, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development; Prof. Tarek Mostafa, Head of the Chemistry Department and former Dean; Prof. Ahmed Abu Anbar, Head of the Mathematics Department; Prof. Eman Abdel Zaher, Head of the Botany Department; Prof. Hosny Doweir, Manager of the Center for Engineering Research and Consultations; Prof. Mohamed Abu Helal, Deputy Manager of the Center; along with several academic staff members, the Secretary General of the faculty, and the administrative staff.

    Prof. Mohamed Hussein affirmed the university’s ongoing commitment to developing laboratories and student lecture halls to provide an appropriate educational environment for its students. He commended the renovation and quality enhancement efforts, which are being implemented according to the highest standards, considering them a step within the university’s comprehensive plan to develop all its faculties and hospitals in support of the Sustainable Development Goals and Egypt’s Vision 2030.

   Moreover, Prof. Abeer Alam El-Din pointed out that the restoration and development works included updating the faculty’s infrastructure to keep pace with scientific and educational advancements, creating a suitable working environment for all academic staff members. She commended the role of both the current and former university administrations, as well as the previous faculty administration, in achieving this major accomplishment.
