In another achievement adding to the Faculty of Science, Tanta University's record of scientific and research excellence, 28 faculty members and researchers have been listed among the world's top 2% of scientists for 2026. The faculty ranks first among the university's faculties in terms of the number of scientists included in the list, reflecting the excellence of its research community and the international impact of its scientific contributions.

   On this occasion, Prof. Abeer Abdel Hamid Alam Al-Din, Dean of the Faculty of Science, Tanta University, extended her sincere congratulations and appreciation to the faculty members named on the list on behalf of the faculty community. She expressed her pride in this achievement, which underscores the results of their sustained research efforts and the quality and international impact of their scientific output in their respective fields.

   The Dean commended the scientific and research efforts of the faculty's academic staff and their contributions through research and studies that enrich knowledge and advance various disciplines. She affirmed that this achievement strengthens the stature of both the Faculty of Science and Tanta University in the global research arena and reinforces their role in serving the community and supporting Egypt's development efforts.
