A distinguished group of experts and academics explores clean energy solutions and sustainable development
The 4th Environmental Forum, held under the title “New and Renewable Energy” at the Faculty of Science, Tanta University, discussed the future of clean energy sources and ways to use them to achieve sustainable development, with the participation of a distinguished group of experts and specialists from Egyptian research and scientific institutions and organizations. The Forum was held as part of efforts to support scientific research and raise awareness of contemporary environmental issues.
The forum featured three scientific sessions with extensive discussions on the latest Egyptian national projects in the fields of renewable energy, as well as bioenergy, solar energy, green hydrogen, geothermal energy, carbon footprint management, and the use of minerals for energy storage.
The organization of the 4th Environmental Forum reaffirms the faculty’s scientific and community role and its commitment to bringing pressing environmental and development issues to the forefront of scientific research and dialogue, while creating new opportunities for cooperation and the exchange of expertise. These efforts contribute to developing innovative scientific solutions that support the future of energy and sustainable development in Egypt.
