In line with the Faculty of Science at Tanta University’s commitment to supporting scientific excellence and encouraging outstanding researchers, the Faculty Council, in its session held today, Wednesday, July 15, 2026, honored researcher Mohamed Maher Abdel Karim El-Askary, Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Chemistry.

   The session was chaired by Prof. Abeer Abdel Hamid Alam Al-Din, Faculty Dean, and attended by the esteemed members of the Faculty Council. This recognition comes in appreciation of his winning the Best Master's Thesis Award in the field of Basic, Engineering, and Agricultural Sciences at Tanta University level in the academic year 2025/2026.

   Prof. Abeer Abdel Hamid Alam Al-Din, Faculty Dean, expressed her heartfelt congratulations and appreciation to the thesis supervision committee. She commended their scientific efforts and academic guidance, which contributed to producing a thesis of such outstanding quality, reflecting the high level of the scientific research system within the faculty and its dedication to preparing research cadres capable of competing and achieving excellence.
