On Tuesday, June 23, 2026, Prof. Abeer Abdel Hamid Alam Al-Din, Dean of the Faculty of Science, Tanta University, honored Prof. Yehia Ahmed Shaaban Al-Naggar, Professor at the Department of Zoology, on behalf of the faculty community, in recognition of his distinguished contribution as a member of an international research team that achieved a remarkable scientific accomplishment. This achievement culminated in the publication of the research findings in Nature, one of the world's most prestigious scientific journals.

   The Dean expressed her best wishes to Prof. Al-Naggar and to all faculty members, assistant staff, and affiliates of the faculty for continued success and excellence in enhancing the stature of both the faculty and the university.
