As part of the ongoing commitment of the Faculty of Science at Tanta University to enhancing the educational process and improving the quality of academic programs, an extensive internal review meeting for the Computer Science Program at the Department of Mathematics was held on Sunday morning, June 21, 2026, in the Faculty Council Meeting Hall.

    The meeting was chaired by Prof. Abeer Abdel Hamid Alam Al-Din, Dean of the Faculty, and was attended by a distinguished group of academic leaders, including Prof. Amgad Salama, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs; Prof. Tarek Mostafa, former Faculty Dean and Head of the Department of Chemistry; and Prof. Tarek Amer, Head of the Mathematics Department.

   Also participating in the meeting were Prof. Youssef El-Naggar, Manager of the Quality Assurance Unit; Prof. Hoda Kamal and Prof. Talaat Meiz, former managers of the Quality Assurance Unit; and Prof. Mohamed Agiba, Deputy Manager of the Unit, in addition to the program and standards coordinators at the Department of Mathematics. 

   The meeting was held as part of the faculty’s continuous efforts to ensure the quality of the educational process and to further develop the Computer Science Program in line with labor market requirements and modern academic standards, thereby contributing to the preparation of qualified graduates capable of competitiveness and innovation.
