On Monday, January 19, 2026, under the chairpersonship of Prof. Abeer Alam Al-Din, Faculty Dean, and in the presence of Prof. Amgad Salama, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, the Faculty of Science Council at Tanta University honored the student team participating in the "Ebdaa 14" Festival at Tanta University within the scientific innovations competition. This recognition occurred in celebration of their well-deserved achievement of the first place.

The student team consisted of:

• Student Wafaa Abdel Fattah – Third Level, Biotechnology Program

• Student Basmala Abdel Hamid – Third Level, Biotechnology Program

• Student Sarah Said – Third Level, Biotechnology Program

   The Faculty Council expressed its pride and appreciation for this distinguished accomplishment, which proves the excellence of students at the Faculty of Science and their ability to innovate and create.

   The council wished them continued excellence and further success that contributes to elevating the status of Tanta University and the Faculty of Science on both local and international levels.
