In the context of enhancing cooperation in scientific research between Tanta University and the University of Constantine in Algeria, a close partner nation, Prof. Abeer Abdel Hamid Alam El-Din — Dean of the Faculty of Science — received today, Sunday, 7 December 2025, Dr. Rania Zaamoush, Professor at the University of Constantine.

   The visit aims to conduct a set of advanced scientific analyses at the Algal Laboratory at the Department of Botany and Microbiology, Faculty of Science — Tanta University, on samples that were previously prepared in Algeria, as part of a joint research project between both universities.

    This fruitful research visit was coordinated by Prof. Mostafa El-Sheikh, Emeritus Professor at the Department of Botany and former Vice University President, to foster international scientific partnerships and exchange research expertise.
