Faculty of Science Council at Tanta University held its monthly meeting (the tenth session) in June 2025 on Sunday, June 22, 2025. The meeting was chaired by Prof. Abeer Abdel Hamid Alam Al-Din, Faculty Dean of the Faculty, in the attendance of the vice deans and council members, in the Faculty Council meeting room at exactly 1:00 PM.

   At the beginning of the meeting, the Dean extended congratulations on the occasion of the Higri New Year and the twelfth anniversary of the June 30th Revolution, expressing her wishes for continued security, stability, and progress for Egypt.

   Moreover, she also congratulated all the vice deans, heads of academic departments, academic staff members, teaching assistants, administrative staff, and technicians on the completion of the second semester of the academic year 2024/2025.

   Additionally, she confirmed the completion of grading and recording the students’ results by in the examination control committees according to the scheduled timetable for announcing the results and the summer semester registrations.

   The meeting discussed the agenda items, which included promotion files for academic staff members and teaching assistants, matters related to the Student Affairs Committee, the Research Ethics Committee, the Postgraduate Studies and Research Committee, the formation of supervisory committees for master's and doctoral students, submitted grant applications, the Community Service and Environmental Development Committee, and the Cultural Relations Committee. The council's proceedings concluded at 3:00 PM.
