Faculty of Science, Tanta University, organized a celebration for Orphan’s Day on Monday, April 14, 2025. The event hosted students from several schools, including "Al-Wahda Primary School," "Shobraqas Primary School," and "Abdul Rahman Ibn Auf Primary School" in Shobraqas, Gharbia. The celebration was held under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Hussein Mahmoud, Tanta University President, and Prof. Mahmoud Selim, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development.

    The event was attended by Prof. Abeer Alam Al-Din, Faculty Dean; Prof. Amgad Salama, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs; Prof. Zenhom Salem, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, and other academic staff members from the faculty.

    Prof. Abeer Alam Al-Din affirmed the faculty’s commitment to organizing this celebration to bring smiles to the faces of children. She declared that this visit is part of the social role played by the faculty to support society and provide social care to orphaned children.
