Faculty of Science at Tanta University organized a workshop titled "Activating the Role of Academic Advising Committees in the Scientific Departments of the Faculty" under the patronage of Prof. Abeer Alam Al-Din, Dean of the Faculty. The workshop was held on Saturday, January 18, 2025, at the Training Unit of the Faculty, in the attendance of Prof. Amgad Salem Salama, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs. During the workshop, a lecture was delivered by Prof. Hanaa Al-Prince, Acting Manager of the Academic Advising Unit at the Faculty.

   The workshop aimed to activate the role of academic advising committees in enhancing the academic advising system, supporting students in achieving their academic and career goals, and identifying the best practices to improve the academic advising process. In addition, it focused on enhancing the skills of academic advisors through specialized training sessions to improve their academic advising capabilities.
